Los Bandidos

Happened to be in this area because our dog’s specialty vet is in Nederland, and being an unfamiliar out-of-towner we looked up breakfast tacos nearby. Los Bandidos wasn’t the closest, but it had 4.9 stars so we decided to give it a shot. It’s still early, but this is easily the best decision of the day. I got the Julian and my partner got the green chile pork (can’t recall the name of it in the menu). It was the perfect breakfast, from the tortillas to the salsa. The picadillo was delicious, but my girlfriend’s pork may have been even better. Los Bandidos is definitely a gem. Every trip to the vet will now be punctuated by tacos from this place. Best I’ve had in quite awhile.

Always chasing the perfect breakfast taco—and this place absolutely nailed it. On another customer’s recommendation, I tried the Cheeto, and wow… spot on. A big, loaded flour tortilla packed with chorizo, egg, potato, bacon, beans, and cheese—pure breakfast perfection. Don’t skip the green sauce; it takes it to the next level. I usually stick to a simple chorizo, egg, and cheese, but the Cheeto may have officially stolen that top spot. Friendly staff, quick service, and clearly a local favorite. Safe to say this just became a regular stop—I’ll definitely be back for more.

Pretty nice bowl.. Good atmosphere 👌.. I tried the Pancho bowl, and it was spectacular. Perfect portions the atmosphere was really cool too.

Absolute hidden gem 💎 food is amazing people are super friendly and portions are more than generous its all hand made. Im usually working so this is the first time I got a chance to try it 😅 Next rain out 🌧 going straight here for breakfast tacos 🌮 😋

I got the most solid breakfast burrito here, and they ARE NOT shy on those portions. I got a burrito that was literally bigger than my face, and it was so good from the beginning to the end. Highly recommend this place if you are craving true Mexican!
