Sonic Drive-In

We came through and ordered four meals. We ordered two 5 piece chicken strips, each one only had four, We ordered two tater tots and we only received one. The only thing we realized was missing before we left were the sauces, and the person who came out, proceeded to tell us that the manager told them to tell us that they were probably in the bottom of the bag, which they weren’t, and I held up the bag and showed them. There were no sauces in it. It wasn’t until we got home that we realized that food was missing as well. Honestly, really disappointed with this sonic. Service, atmosphere, and clearly management as well. I will go to the other sonic before I come back to this one again

Had to wait till 12 for my sister to get off work and came here to use the restroom because it's the closest one. IF YOU ARE OPEN 24-7 UNLOCK BOTH BATHROOMS!! I'm not only embarrassed but find it unprofessional to lock the Male restroom. I am a teenager male coming out of the female restroom because it was the only option other than peeing myself. Not only am I going to be thought of like a pervert and a peeping tom which I am not I might as well look like a creep. This was literally the worst thing to happen to me tonight and honestly I'm pissed off right now and if something is wrong with the restroom I wouldn't be pissed rn because I understand if there was issues with the bathroom making it unavailable but nothing was posted outside the door or anything making this a problem and honest

First time trying Sonic. The quality of the food was good and the prices were fair. Service was friendly. Loved the fries! We would try this again

I ordered some food. It was wrong. I contacted support. They apologized and the manager from this location (Janet) contacted me personally to apologize and offered me a replacement free of charge. So nice, until I went to claim said replacement. Janet met me at the window, accused me a lying to get free items. Proceeded to berate me in front of anyone and everyone in ear shot. Demanded proof of wrong order and just was a complete psycho. When I contacted support again regarding her deranged actions, they apologized and said they would contact me with a resolution. That never happened. I am saddened that I cannot eat here anymore, as I am afraid this woman will harm my food. She knows my name and face and with her potential for aggression, I cannot trust that my food will be safely prepared

Food quality was horrible. The chicken sliders are a complete disappointment. For the price, it is a crime. Only good thing from this store was the service, which was fairly quick and friendly, but nothing above average. Posted are the photos of what Sonic advertises their sandwich as, and what it actually looked like. Disgusting.
