Sonic Drive-In

I ordered 2 ultimate burritos, a junior frito wrap, and 2 large drinks. My ultimate burritos are tiny, missing the Baja sauce and tots. Was not worth my money. As an ex employee of sonic I try to refrain from reviews but this seems to be a consistent issue.

Used to come every other week but the last 3-5 years it has kept going downhill. The last few times I've ordered their mozzarella sticks or french fries they taste stale. The shakes poorly mixed and sometimes their sodas out of flavoring. Multiple times the wait would be 25-30 minutes. Today I ordered two medium shakes, one added chocolate. The wait 25 minutes the shakes were not filled well and the chocolate shake was poorly mixed and messy. There were maybe six vehicles there when we pulled in with no line at the drive through, the vehicle beside us already had what they ordered.

Very disappointed with my visit today. This is not the experience I normally have at this location, but today it was. Ordered on the app, went directly to the restaurant and pulled into a stall to pick up. Wait time was a little more than I was expecting, but still not bad. Crew member was very polite & made sure I had what I needed. Onion rings were fresh & hot; the problem came with the chicken sandwich. The chicken breast had obviously been done for a while since the meat was compacted & dry. The whole sandwich seemed like it may have been sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time as the bun was not fresh & a lot of the lettuce was brown (see picture). Got marinara but not my mozzarella sticks. Wow. Highly dissapointed. I have the receipt I knew I should've checked the bag when I was there.

Very good quality service and manager was amazing. Very impressed!
