Zydeco's Cajun Kitchen Food Truck

I'm a big food truck fan and had been wanting to try Zydeco's for a while now, I was not disappointed! We caught them at Cooper's Landing, a bit late as they were selling out, but got a Swamp Platter with Cajun fries. Excellent all the way around. Fun & Friendly service, food was hot and delicious. Authentic Cajun seasoning. My son described the catfish as "light and fluffy with the perfect spicy coating". The Kickin’ Fried Shrimp was perfect. They were out of the bang-bang sauce and voodoo rolls, but they sound amazing and I will be back for them, along with the rest of their menu.

Had a catfish platter at Logboat! The owners are super sweet and the catfish was 🔥🔥🔥 The batter was spicy and the pieces fried perfectly! None of that old oil taste either

I was excited when I found out Zydeco's food truck was going to be in Jefferson City and I was no dissapointed! I ordered the Swamp Platter, the fish was PERFECTLY cooked and delicious, just enough spice! The fish was also fileted properly and there was zero "yellow" or "gray" meat! That in itself is impossible to get around here! The shrimp was seasoned perfectly and cooked just as well! Good quality nice and plump. I enjoyed my meal and will definitely be enjoying the rest of the menu as I get the chance. My boyfriend got the Etoffe, and it was melt in your mouth delicious! He only gave me one bite and I was in food heaven! He said it was too good to share, lol!

Amazing food! I am often disappointed when we have cajun food at work. I decided to try this place and the food was amazing! There was flavor and depth. I just had them yesterday and I am already looking where they will be next so I can order some more. We got the half and half po'boy and the catfish. Mouth watering!

Tried the Po' Boy, half fried shrimp and half fried catfish. Everything tasted really fresh. The shrimp and catfish were cooked perfectly, very tender and not rubbery at all. The remoulade is the sauce of my dreams, so tangy and amazing! Will definitely be watching for when this food truck is back in town!
