Sonic Drive-In

I'm from Oklahoma City, and just visiting Mena, Arkansas. The staff is very friendly, and this location is clean and inviting. My meal was delivered quickly, and freshly made.

Me and my husband stop by pretty often and it's always very good service. I got the wrong drink (no big deal) when I called several times to no answer my husband went by there on his way home from work to JUST get the correct drink and waited 10 minutes for a manager to come out and speak to him and when she finally did she was extremely rude and told him to call them next time!She was also covered in hickies aka "love bites" Very unprofessional. I don't usually like to make a fuss because a lot of these fast food jobs our kids or young adults but management should be held to a higher standard in my opinion

My family went here last night and myself and my kiddos got food poisoning. Not to mention the girl we had was absolutely horrible with so much attitude and disrespect. I will NEVER come here again.

Passing through. Stopped to eat. Ft long cheese coney was cold, husbands burger was cold and the tea tasted like sugar water. It's no wonder that CRUIZERS was full of customers when we went past there. We should have eaten at CRUIZERS like we usually do.

Not much to say here, we only got drinks at the drive thru this time, but the service is always great.
