Watch how you order from this Sonic ! I ordered the American Smasher meal with onion rings through the drive though . Got a total of 13 dollars. Went to the window and asked what i ordered because that meal was 6 dollars on the board . Was told i got a super sonic meal . I said ok whatever and paid . After that a girl came to the window said my order and asked for me to pay . I said well i paid , also the guy said i got a super sonic meal not the smasher , so why am i paying 13 dollars for a 6 dollar meal . She said she would check , never comes back . Guy hands the meal to me saying it was a smasher meal . When i asked again why the price increase, he says Sonic requires you to order the meal as a 6 dollars smasher meal . And the meal was the wrong smasher meal . All of this is my fa

This was my first visit and I was pleased with the service and the triple stack! The only downside was the fries which didn't taste fresh and were dry. Overall an excellent visit.

The SUPER helpful employees will apologize for your wait, hand you 1/5 food items you ordered. And when you go to have something done about that the once again super helpful employees will tell you to hit the button on your mobile order slot that doesn’t exist so you can ask them to bring you the food you’ve already waited too long for. Absolutely not. If you don’t want someone at the door getting the food you should have bagged… bag it.

I went here today to grab a Smashburger combo and the person that took my order was super polite and helpful. Jordan was especially helpful and polite. My food was wonderful! Definitely going back again!

Every single time I’ve gone here, without fail, it is taken over 20 minutes for my order. Most recently, I ordered two drinks and it took 30 minutes to bring the two drinks. Just now, I waited 21 minutes for one single slush. The guy next to me came after me, yet received his 3 - 4 bags of food and two drinks before I received my one slush. There were cars in the drive-through, but only two other cars in the parking lot. Won’t be coming here again.
