Sonic Drive-In

I ordered my food online at 11:15am Order said it was ready at 11:20am I arrived at 11:25am and checked in “Once ready we will bring it out” 11:58am still no food I get out and knock on the window “We’re still working on it” 12:06am got my food Missing sides and only 1 burger was made correctly Drink was wrong and yea they offered to remake it but I’ve waited almost an hour!! No apology for the wait or anything And of course the fries were cold… Sonic at Lake City… do better!!!

The lady who was bringing out the orders on night shift on 2/27/26 was very pleasant and when we were sitting eating our food, still asked if we were ok and needed assistance. I wish I knew her name because she deserves a raise. Shes a brown skinned lady with dreadlocks. I hope y’all keep her because she’s bringing a pleasant vibe.

I always go to this location.. this was my first time ordering onion rings ! I ask for onion ring sauce the Hispanic lady shot me a bird because I pulled out my camera to Record her basically saying I can’t get the sauce unless I pay for it ! This was totally unnecessary and I belive I was racially profiled!

If i make the simplest order(mozzarella sticks) but I’m sitting behind 4 cars, please don’t make my order first or atleast when im not near the window. My food was damn near cold when I got it

THE WOMEN LATASHA NEEDS TO BE FIRED!! My boyfriend had a door dash order today 11/30/25 and they had the DoorDash order wrong so he went back and told them and the women Latasha was so rude and was not trying to help AT ALL and got rude and started arguing with my boyfriend saying he was in the wrong when he wassnt! HOPEFULLY THEY GET NEW AND IMPROVED EMPLOYEES CAUSE THE ONES THERE NOW AINT IT!!💯‼️
