Sonic Drive-In

i spent $30 and this what i get as a bacon cheese burger, than was told to bring the burger back another day to have it remade because i didn’t want to leave the house, this place play in my face too much, i’ve called corporate twice and now this! this my sign to stay away. only go because this is the closest location to diamond lakes.

I just ordered two small chicken sandwiches and they’re so burnt I can’t even eat them. I use to love this establishment now I have to go all the way to wheeler rd to get a decent burger or sandwich. Also the last burger I got was under cooked and the one before that OVER cooked. They need adults who care to run this place

Horrible customer service. The card readers don't work. They didn't have a card reader when they brought the food. She acted like I was bothering her because she had to go back to get the card reader. The owner can respond to views but won't fix anything. This the worst sonic in Augusta. Do better. It used to be the best.

Customer service was spectacular! When we had communications trouble, the lady came out to take it face to face and when the food arrived, it was perfect, hot and fast! This team has got it figured out!

I went to sonic today 12/19 and got lunch for me and my family and when i got home to eat after taking 2-3 bites i looked down at my sandwich and noticed the chicken was still raw in the inside! When i called the sonic store i asked for a manager on duty and the person on the phone said your speaking to one and i told him what was going on with my sandwich and it was a 3 minute literal delay of silence before he said what do you want us to do about it. He was very nonchalant with no care in the world that i was eating raw chicken. Poor customer service we have never had a problem with this sonic and we go here all the time but won’t be any longer. Everyone does make mistakes but it’s how you handle the mistake that makes a difference and the “manager” didn’t handle this at all well. I woul
