Sonic Drive-In

Pretty disappointing experience overall. When going to Sonic, i don't have high expectations but I order my food with additional ingredients in hopes of getting a freshly made cheeseburger. Fries are hit & miss but most of the time they are relatively hot. Today was a different story. My small fry was miniature, lukewarm, and disgustingly covered in salt. While I ordered a small, i counted 12 fries in the container. My double smasher cheeseburger was worse. I asked to add tomato, which appeared on the receipt but not on my burger! The meat patties were grilled to oblivion, had the tough consistency of beef jerky, and again, tasted like they were smothered with salt! I can usually count on sonic to deliver decent fast food, but either the day or crew or something was way WAY off, today! I g

I ordered food online 12 mins in advance even though it said ready in 5. When I got there we waited another 10+ minutes for our food. Gave us no spoon for our ice cream, no napkins and none of the condiments I requested. Lady walked slower than a snail out to our car. Do not recommend this location. Poor service.

Second Tuesday in a row- one of the worst experiences that my family and I have had at a restaurant. Last Tuesday, we waited 20+ minutes for our order to be taken. Finally received the food and it wasn’t terrible. This evening (8:25PM) we waited for nearly 20 minutes again and we were the only customer in the parking lot. No one took our order, so we went to the drive thru, no one answered so we drove to the window. The lady there walked away from us after she saw us pull up. She later returned and proceeded to correct us that we had only been waiting for 16 minutes with excuses that made no sense. We left without any food and about 30 minutes of our lives wasted. Will never return to this restaurant and I will strongly encourage everyone else to not return.

I love sonic just not this sonic but yet I still come here on a regular basis so do with that what you want. Over the last couple of months service has gotten better but it’s still usually extremely slow. What gets me is the overall cleanliness of the place it’s slightly better but still has a ways to go before I can give it 5 stars. I’m a sucker for sonic drinks so I keep coming back I have never had a bad server just slow service

Waited several minutes after pressing button for anyone to ask for our order. Then I was told it can’t be done. NO…. IT’S DONE all the time at other Sonic’s…..she just didn’t want to do it! I asked for the holiday shake to be made into a blast . She said it can’t be done. I informed her that there is a double brownie blast on the menu…. Just put in some crushed peppermint and there you go! She was very rude and not willing to make any effort to make what the customer wanted. I ended up with a Heath blast that had hardly any heath pieces in it . My husband ordered a strawberry shake. Our order came to $16.61. Which I felt was ridiculous and our order came out with no napkins or straws. I think next time I will go next door to Casey’s and get a soft serve for significantly less
