Wayne’s BBQ was fabulous and a great value! We had the beef brisket and the 1/2 rack of ribs. Both were tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The baked beans, macaroni and cheese, and potato salad were absolutely delicious and tasted homemade. The interior design is adorable and creates such a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Truly top-notch BBQ at a great price. We can’t wait to go back!

True 5 Star review. So glad I got to eat here, and I'll 100% be back! I got the brisket platter with Mac and cheese and green beans. It was excellent! Tender, juicy, cooked just right, and good portion. The Mac and cheese was very unique and good. The green beans were very good. Co worker got the turkey, which was the best I've ever had in my life. I will be torn to get the brisket or turkey next time I come. Fitz Root beer also available. Great service, clean dining and bathroom. They close at 1500 (3pm).

Best BBQ we’ve had in a long time! Hands down the best brisket I’ve ever had, very tender and so full of flavor. The ribs were also phenomenal with a really yummy glaze. Delicious sauces to but honestly you didn’t even need any sauce. Probably the cleanest restaurant we’ve ever been to, and very modern and cute vibes. Very friendly and helpful staff! Will recommend to anyone and will definitely be back.

Recommend you park half a block away as parking out front is dangerous with very bad local drivers nearly hitting my car several times. The meat is the most tender in all the city, fantastic mashed potatoes, and the more amazing modern dining atmosphere that is comparable to New York and Los Angeles. This is extremely rare to find in Northeast Missouri.

I happened upon this spot the other day, just as it happened I was traveling through Hannibal. Unfortunately I was there at 2:30p in the afternoon so they were sold out of everything except turkey. So of course I had to get that and by how great that was I can imagine everything else is great as well. When I get back into that area I will be stopping by again, but at a better time...lol!
