Sonic Drive-In

I ordered a large lemonade with cranberry and easy ice. Not only did they not give me easy ice, they filled the entire cup up with ice. I got maybe 4 big gulps of liquid. What a waste of my time and money. (photo taken after 20 minutes of sitting in the car, I don't use my phone while driving)

Very disappointed in this Sonic tonight. 1. The person thanking the order was very hard to hear. Eventhough I kept saying, excuse me? Not once did she speak up. 2. I ordered french fries with the #11. We received TT. I also ordered an extra gravy. We didn't get it. 3. The medium onion rings were saturated with brown oil. So saturated that they were not round. So much so that it was pooled in the bottom of the bag. I will share a picture. 4. The Jr burger that I ordered had to me modified because apparently you can not just order a Jr. Burger any longer. I asked for mustard. I expected it to be on the inside if the bun. And they charge you for a Jr Deluxe. I will share a picture. 5. When I brought the missing and wrong item to the attention of the employee. It took 10 minutes to get 1 order

It's a nice sonic as far as that goes. I can't really give a fair review right now because I'm not for sure if the problem was Sonic, or me. The service was great. Standard Southern/Midwestern polite. It was fast. It was VERY fresh. I think they had just changed the oil in the fryers. I'm not going to mention what wanyt exactly right because it literally could have just been me. Stop by if you get the chance. They are fast and friendly.

Seems that almost all sonics are just sad when it comes tk customer service and the food is more about packaged product then old style grilling real meat and service with care of the orders on making the experience each time worth coming g back food and service without all the high cost for packed processed food I can buy at the store and prepare myself And service- people should treat their customers as they would like to be treated and make sure that the order is as pla ed before taking to the customer for the customer to be disappointed and having g to wait longer for the correct products to be made as the customer ordered the first time!

My husband's hamburger fell apart and he ended up tossing it. First and last time we eat there.
