Sonic Drive-In

The service was amazing, the person who came out with our order was professional, nice and very friendly. Her attitude is what is lacking almost all fast food restaurants. People sit there looking dead inside but not the server who came to see us. Now why do I rate it a one. The food we got . Kids chicken strips And my smashburger Gave me and my son diarrhea and dizziness with in hrs after eating it. There servers are amazing but the food isn’t worth it . Not when my son and I both get sick because of it.

We visit this Sonic at least once every 2 weeks. The staff are always friendly and the food is always hot. My favorite part is that the tea at this Sonic is ALWAYS fresh unlike other Sonic’s where it is often bitter or spoiled. My only complaint is the price! Four chicken sandwiches shouldn’t cost $25!

I try new things all the time and it's usually based on how delicious it looks in the picture or the little video that plays at the menus. Unfortunately, when I open the food expecting it to look somewhat similar to the photos, I'm often left wondering if I was accidentally given someone else's food by mistake. Prices are incredibly high these days on everything, and customers help keep businesses running. Giving them at least what they paid for would be the right thing to do. Trying to place order waiting for service 4 vehicles arrived after I hit the button ordered and received there food before I had to ask a car hop to verbally take my order and still didn't get my drink order right

I have ordered an ultimate meat and cheese burrito twice now paying for extra zesty cheese sauce, and both times it came out without any zesty sauce.
