This use to be the best Sonic, but within the last six months, it has just gone downhill! You guys need to get this store back in order! And for the love of God...PLEASE GET THIS STORE ANOTHER ICE CREAM MACHINE!!!! Every other day I hear "sorry ma'am but our ice cream machine is down". Just sad...
Service was okay did take a while but they were busy so I guess there’s an excuse. I ordered a breakfast burrito ultimate meat and cheese but they didn’t put any bacon on it and no zesty cheese sauce which was the whole purpose of even ordering it. Not my favorite sonic to order from just the most convenient or closest. I’d rather drive 100 miles to a different one then order here again.
I ordered a triple smasher from their app and they gave me a double smasher. They told me that I could not return it because it was an online order. They stole my money and told me to go away. Worst Sonic ever, go to any other food place in town
This is the worst Sonic I’ve ever visited..I took my aunt and uncle for an ice cream..The girl was shouting rudely through the intercom soo loud I had to ask her to speak where we could understand her..Rude and unprofessional..Thank goodness we found Starks in Hazlehurst..Very friendly employees and delicious ice cream..
It took forever to get my food. The food was cold when I got it. I would have left but I ordered thru the app and it was already paid for.
