Famous Fried Chicken

The food was great. The women who worked there were extremely nice and polite. The food was priced well. I will be returning next time Im in town.

This is absolutely the best chicken in the country. I have had fried chicken all over the place, east coast, west coast, and mid west. I have never had chicken this flavorful, the sides was just as good, legit red beans and rice. The staff was super nice. You could tell this is where the locals come, from the continueses line of people in and out. This is the best down home sole food cooking you'll find anywhere. The prices was very reasonable, way cheaper than main stream chicken places.

The SIUE Baseball team stopped in for lunch on our way down to Louisiana and Cheryl and her staff did a phenomenal job in taking care of our 39 players/staff. The food was delicious and the service was top tier. Will definitely look to stop anytime we come through for a quality meal!

Chicken was good! Sides, not so much. Husband ordered dark meat and mashed potatoes. He got white meat and potato salad. Oh well. The staff were very nice. The floor and majority of table tops were very very sticky. Like I said, the chicken was good.

Taste soo good, makes you wanna slap your mother. But seriously the food taste like good home cooked dinner from grandma. The chicken is so juicy and so rich with flavor. Love everything about it. The staff are very friendly and always checking to make sure you are ok
