Sonic Drive-In

Ordered flavored water 4:11 After 20 min I flagged someone down. carhop saying they don’t have my order. Ordered on app but somehow overlooked yet I’ve been checked in at a stall. Update 4:41 sent someone else out here to take a picture of my drink to go make it…. I will be going back to my Hixson location 2x per day for my drink since I live in between both. Not a good experience.

Some of the best service of any Sonic in Chattanooga. Love the hours and location. 🙂 Side notes: Make sure to ask for the specific # of sauces you want or you may get one pack of it. Wish they would move the trashcan that is drive up to a more convenient spot when pulling out, it’s awkwardly placed.

I have never left a review for a fast food place but feel passionate that this is infact the best sonic in chattanooga. I have been to this location so many times and genuinely can’t think of a time they messed up my order once. Food always hits the mark, never a long wait with mobile orders, and the employees are always so nice! I will personally always drive the extra minutes out of the way to go to this specific sonic. 10/10 no complaints.

If you get the 5piece tenders be prepared to get a nugget instead of a 5th tender lol but just do like me and tell them: I’m not going to pay a $1 some for no nugget! And they’ll bring u a full size tender.

Placed my order and "paid" with a gift card. Waited for my order and was brought a bag of food. The worker asked for payment and stated the system was not currently taking giftcards. Would have been nice to know up front as that was the only reason I went to Sonic. To make matters worse, I paid over $7 for 2 1/2 chicken tenders and 3/4 full medium fry. I will never go back to Sonic.
