Sonic Drive-In

The food is pretty good, however this restaurant is dirty! You can tell the management doesn't care. The servers here seem to have bad attitudes. Last week when I was waiting on my order, the server came out and started fussing very loudly at the man in the truck next to me. Apparently he was frustrated because they couldn't understand his order. He left and I don't blame him.

Came here on Good Friday and they only had one person working. She was going as fast as she could with all the orders so it took a while to get our drinks. We don’t blame her through, only the crappy management who put only one person on the shift. Drink were fine though, and we tipped her some money because we felt bad.

I got a large strawberry 🍓 shake with extra whip cream. It was brought to me in no time and it was great !!!

This morning a young lady with braces was so nice and helpful. Great customer service. She had to bring my food back but she was so helpful even though my food was cold and cheese wasn't melted. The young lady was so sweet over the intercom as well

The order screen was not working correctly and they seem to be under staffed which made the wait time a little longer than usual however, when my food finally came, the young lady was extremely apologetic and had a great kindness to her I couldn't fault her for the breakdown in communication and I tipped her. BTW, the food was wonderful, everything was hot and fixed just like I wanted.
