Domino's Pizza

This domino’s location needs to do better. They don’t know how to cut pizza properly. It’s not a race, literally no one cares how fast you can cut a pizza if the pizza turns out like the picture below. This has happened multiple times over the last couple years. And the pizza is NEVER cut through all the way. I always have to finish cutting it myself. This location has fell off tremendously.

Placed order and almost 2 hours later no pizza. My wife sat there for 30 min. Manager gave us a $15 credit... never order there again, horrible management, and the person at the window said "good luck were like 50 orders behind".

During our last visit, they made a pepperoni pizza instead of stuffed pepperoni bread as listed on the receipt. My husband went in and pointed it out. In less than 9 minutes, we had the stuffed bread and we also kept the pizza!! We loved this store and their staff. Always friendly and upbeat.

Ordered two specialty pizzas and they were great. Hence the two stars. Also ordered the 5 cheese macaroni, wings and marbled cookie brownies. The macaroni was so dry it was stuck to the pan, the brownies were not done and the chicken wasn’t completely cooked. I called the store and the lady said we could remake it but it’s going to be a wait because we’re busy. I asked what other options were available, she stated none.

I wrote the following email to Domino's corporate: To whom this may concern, I hope this email finds the right person. Our family wants to pay a compliment to a woman working at our local Domino's!! To be honest with you, we do not order pizza as often as we use to because of inconsistency. It became frustrating, not being able to find a fresh, well made pizza. I'd like to share our experience with you about our Domino's pizza this evening. I've never in my life, taken the time to write about a good experience with take out pizza. After placing our order for 3 medium specialty pizzas, I drove to our store location. I drove up to the window and the woman at the window kindly took my payment and handed me three, hot, fresh pizza. My first thought was, wow, it seems fresh out of the oven
