Sonic Drive-In

We used to love sonic. Especially the blast deserts. This time the 5 different blast we ordered were horrible quality and unlike any blast we have EVER GOTTEN RHERE BEOFRE SARAH THE MANAGER EXPLAINED that they can only sori Ike a little bit of an Oreo on a large blast and a medium gets a teaspoon of heath on top. Which means the menu is an absolute photoshopped lie. Carthage had never had a very good reputation but I will not bring. My family back to this sonic again. And the way she spoke to me on the on the phone before hanging up on me was unbelievable . No management experience at all. The owner of this establishment should ask his customers how they feel about the constant downhill motion of their products. It is a waste of money that I can’t Oxford to spend but once or twice a week

I ordered an ocean water slush and the server brought me a blue coconut slush. When trying to ask for sprite syrup to go in the cup they said they don't do that. I used to work for sonic and I know very well they do in fact have the Ocean Water slush. I would appreciate getting the order I asked for instead of receiving a replacement and not being told it was replaced.

Last night I DoorDash ordered 2 Coney's with 2 Jalapeño Ranch Sauce each, a large Loaded Tot with 2 Jalapeño Ranch Sauce, and 2 Super Sonic Burritos for my breakfast this morning with 2 Jalapeño Ranch Sauce each... I received 2 Jalapeño Ranch Sauce total. Not the 10 I ordered. 2. For everything. This type of thing is usually a red flag, which I of course ignored because it just seemed petty... And after spending the night with liquid coming out out both ends, I should have listened. Both burritos I'd ziplocked for this morning went from the fridge to the trash.

got my whole order wrong after sitting there for 30 min. got 4 mozzarella sticks out of an large with no marinara sauce and one was not cooked all the way. workers had attitude just quit your job if you hate it.

When to sonic on Mt lunch break today . But never got to order. The girl that was taking orders thru the drive thru had an attitude for no reason 😒 I let it go the first time but that second is uncalled for. Told her don't worry about thats no way to act in customer service. I'm not sure what's going on with this sonic weither it's management or workers but it Def needs a redo. Don't waste your lunch break
