Sonic Drive-In

Waited exactly 20 minutes because the store handed our order to the car in the stall next to us on mobile pickup stalls. Remade order was incorrect containing both tomato and onion on one of the burgers, only compensation was 2 coupons not valid for the method of ordering we used. Food also diminished in quality from previous visits. Store also barely apologized for the experience besides two coupons to a customer using solely mobile order and pay which means I cant even use them.

So after moving 1500 miles from colorado. Long trip, exhausting, tired my family and I stopped at Sonic. I love sonic. So took us 20 minutes to get our order in. I gave them a $2 tip on my card. Called a gal over apologized for being exhausted and gave her another $10 dollar tip. Gal brought our food assured me everything was correct on our order the total was $60 with tip. The corndog was burnt. The grilled cheeseburger was covered in mustard. I had no mayo on my blt. An after asking three times if there was ranch for my onion rings was assure of course no ranch. The #4 for some reason had tarter sauce on it or tasted fishy for some reason? I know I was a little frustrated but this disgusting food I feel was on purpose. I will never be back again .

Four cars at the restaurant and took over 25 minutes to get food. When we finally received our food everything was cold. Cold enough the cheese on the burger wasn't melted and buns were hard. Will not be eating there again.

They took forever at the drive thru then getting mad they couldn’t hear me had to repeat myself multiple times had two different people try to change me for the same thing I already paid for then the drinks was poorly made not solid like they should’ve been when they got my food and drinks to me they were very very rude !!!!!

Die of old age waiting to get food. Ordered burger no onions-has tons of onions. They gonna clean up the puke from onions?
