If you want receipts in your sandwiches go to Brookfield McDonald’s and they’ll do it for ya! I’ve never had so many bad experiences from one single restaurant in my life. I don’t even leave reviews on things but this was a line drawer for me. It wasn’t even that late either. It was 9 o’clock, TWO whole hours before close AND there was only one other customer there. Uncalled for.

Went today to get lunch. We had a rather big order as we grabbed lunch for 5 adults. My husband orders a number 7 with no cheese and added a mcchicken. Not only did is burgers have cheese on them but a dot of ketchup and a dot of mustard, burger half off and more pickles than burger. He orders without cheese due to an allergen. Got half way to our destination and his Sandwhich has cheese. I take it back and I’m assuming the manager wanted to argue with me over the burgers. When someone says no to something always assume it’s an allergen to be safe. I asked the manager would she rather fix half of the order or be responsible for a medical bill as this could have been avoided. At that point she got an attitude and remade the burgers and he also got his McChicken which they failed to put with

Brookfield, MO. McDonalds is the dirtiest, most rudest staffed McDonalds I have ever been to. We stopped in at 2 pm on a Monday on our way home from a trip. Every table had trash on it, was visibly dirty, and sticky. The floor looks like it hasn't been swept in a week. The drink station is completely filthy with overflowing trash holders and pop splattered everywhere. The staff is not polite or friendly. They gave us our cups with liquid splattered all over them. My fingers had black stuff all over them after carrying the tray. If they had been busy, I wouldn't have thought a thing about it but it was not too busy. Definitely don't recommend stopping here.

Ordered at kiosk and instructions stated that order would be brought to our table. An employee at the counter yelled out our number rather than bringing the food (by the way, you had to enter a “tent” number to even complete the order and pay). Tents were not readily available at kiosk. While we were eating, an employee drug a high chair across the floor very loudly to put it away. She did not wipe off the chair tray. None of the tables appeared to be wiped down. We spread out napkins to eat. Our order was in a bag even though we had opted for dine in. There were several flies in the restaurant and in the restroom. The restrooms were unclean and did not appear to have been tended to at all. This was at 2:45 in the afternoon, not during lunch rush.
