Sonic Drive-In

I’ve given Sonic a chance three different times since April of this year. Each time, it is a horrible disappointment. Milkshakes are frozen solid, and they resemble more of Wendy’s “frosty” than a true shake. The burgers are slopped together by people that can’t even count the two patties on a double cheeseburger. How can you forget patties on burgers THREE different times? This time around, they forgot a patty and were completely confused to why I was complaining. They then asked what I wanted them to do. I’d like what I paid for, for starters. On top of forgetting basic food assembly, the food tastes so bad. We decided to get some chili cheese tots. One would have more enjoyment from eating Chef Boyardee out of the can with a fork rather than trying to eat whatever that was.. are you

Took the staff 20 minutes to get me two drinks. They weren't busy that I saw. The female employee that brought it out didn't apologize for the wait either. Won't be returning.

Out of the items we wanted to order had to settle. Ordered one meal and one entree only. Rang up and paid for 2 entree only options. We got what we paid for but not what I ordered, it's fine we are just passing through anyway. It.was hot and fresh though...

Now I know what disappointment tastes like. Old, stale and hard bread, flat soda, rubbery cheese. They are cutting costs hard. Go to the DQ next door, you'll have a better time.

So we decided today to go and try out sonic for the first time in a while. And we had found 2 Blue Book coupon for a free single patty cheese burger with any purchase of one equal or GREATER value (this is important) We go and try and use both, for the girls on the other end (in a very nasty tone) to tell us we can only use one. So whatever. She then informs us we can't use the coupon for meals. EVEN THOUGH IT IS GREATER VALUE THEN THE ONE CHEESBURGER Then when we get to the window she continues to have an attitude with us. Kind of in the rush you out kind of way. So anyone who has a Blue Book dont even both using them at Sonic. Because clearly they won't honor what us clearly stated on the coupon itself
