Sonic Drive-In

I tried their classic burger, and while it was tasty, it wasn’t anything extraordinary. The fries were crispy, and the drinks were refreshing, especially with their wide variety of flavors to choose from. The atmosphere was what you’d expect from a fast food drive-in—casual and quick, but nothing special. It’s a good choice if you're in a hurry, but I wouldn't consider it a standout fast food option.

I ordered online and even though I arrived other 30 minutes late compared to the time I had chosen, my food came out almost instantly with amazing quality. I ordered onion rings even knowing the fact that every other fast food place, i absolutely hated their onion rings but with sonis they were absolutely absolutely amazing 👏

I frequently go to this location and overall it is good. However when the app let's you order a triple bacon smasher and they give you a berger without bacon, it is irksome the fact there's no way to dispute/contest the receipt.

I live near this sonic, its always a hit ot miss with food quality and service. But it takes alot for me to leave a review and today, gave it another chance, and once again the smasher is absolutely trash, no season, no sear/browning on it, which is the whole point and where a big part of the flavor comes from..once again for like the 4th time trying to give this location another chance, bc yes it is convenient. I took 2 bits and threw away my triple meat smashers. Just again it was absolutely disgusting.

They told my doordash driver there was no order for my name in their system, while my doordash app reflected a different scenario. When you try to call the store, all you get is a busy tone. Doordash customer service tried calling the store twice, busy tone. Doordash issued me a full refund, but the fact you cannot call the store for an easy fix, the fact my doordash driver had to sit at the store for over 15 minutes just for the order to be canceled, all of that is a problem. You need to fix your phones so we can speak to someone and receive the food we paid for, instead of having a busy tone beeping in our ear. Terrible service, especially if you can't pronounce a simple name to the point you tell my doordash driver the order doesn't exist when it clearly does. Fix your phone lines so p
