Chick-fil-A

I had a problem in the drive-through with some chicken nuggets they were cold. I called the store in. Simon asked if I was close to the store and I said I’m on my way back he said don’t worry. I’ve got you covered. He came out with a free next time, visit card and piping hot 12 count when I only ordered the smaller proportion. Simon is great leadership for the store and really displays a customer service level to the highest thank you Simon for your generosity and fixing my problem. I got a Frosted Dr Pepper, which is their vanilla Icedream soft serve hand-spun with Dr Pepper for a creamy, fizzy slushie-like treat. I paired it with Chick-fil-A's Grilled Nuggets for a standout healthier option. Lol. The marinated boneless chicken breast pieces grilled for a smoky, tender flavor without breading. They're juicy, well-seasoned (with hints of apple cider vinegar and smoke), and high in protein while low in calories and carbs.

Chick-fil-A, and it was a great experience. The chicken sandwiches are always a hit—tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The waffle fries are crispy and addictive, and the dipping sauces really enhance the meal. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re craving delicious fast food with a higher level of service.

Anna Kate was so wonderful I was missing my food and couldn't drive back so she is sending me compensation in the mail.... How wonderful is that??? I love that they are such a Christian based company. They have great policies unlike other places. Anna Kate was so charming and she was such a sweetheart. 100 stars hands down

The service was excellent—everyone was friendly and fast, which I really appreciated. I decided to try the fruit cup for the first time, but I was disappointed. It wasn’t filled all the way to the top and was mostly apples, with very little variety. I was hoping for something fresher and more balanced. I’ll definitely be back for the great service and other menu items, but I don’t think I’ll order the fruit cup again.
