Sonic Drive-In

Come on now Sonic, the amount of fries you put in the boxes is getting more and more pitiful. It’s just sad, this is what I typically find when I open my bag looking for delicious wavy fries, and no, there were no fries that spilled out in the bag either 😭.. I might suspect that the hubby decided to sneakily sample said delicious fries, but alas, I am usually present when we receive the order from the restaurant… Also, one of the two chicken tenders my child received this time was tiiiiiny…

There is no atmosphere, its a drive in. But the variations are limitless.

This review is not about Sonic location but about the service with their web app. I placed one order on Feb 14 and the app led me to believe that it didnt go through. I placed a 2nd order and then realized the the 1st order went through. I asked them to not fill the second order and asked for a refund. They said they cant refund and to call the number on the receipt. I have called them two times and as of today, Feb. 20th, I have not received any confirmation or status update from corporate headquarters. The app is flawed and use with caution when the app says an order couldnt go through or be confirmed. Check your email account and confirm checkin through the order confirmation sent.

How can this Sonic always be so bad. All of our food was cold and we had to take the rotten tasty vegetables off our cheeseburgers. I gave it a 2 because the cold burgers were ok once we got the freezer burned tasting vegetables off. They looked like they had seen better days. The tater tots were mushy but my cheddar peppers were cold and hard. How long do you have to let a jalapeño popper sit to get the cheese to become rock hard? I don’t know but this Sonic does. I can’t figure out how to put photos on here but I want everyone to see how bad this was.

Ordered 2 large fries and they were both halfway filled...... im paying extra for a LARGE side of fries and basically get 2 small/mediums....... and I see im not the only one who has complained about this exact issue.
