This is my second time not receiving my child’s apple sauce and the condiments that I select online. I also selected for them to add mustard on her hotdog so that I could have mustard for my corn dog.Why have the options to select if I’m not going to receive them? 😒
I’ve never had a milkshake so sloppily served. Halfway blended and the contents tasted as if they were expired. Burger was decent. Worst Sonic I have ever visited.
Stopped in for a late night snack and the food and service were great first time in a long time at this location and glad to see it has improved
Ordered the double bacon smasher deluxe today , when I received it nothing was on it besides the pickle and sauce !! Where is my bacon , lettuce, tomato? Had to steal a little lettuce off my daughter burger ,,Every time I come here my order is wrong !! This is so ridiculous
Every time I order cheesesticks for my children I put two marinara packets in my app to order. Every single time they bring me one and I have to ask for the other over the intercom. Sat in batesville 20 minutes today waiting on someone to bring 1 packet of marinara. Ridiculous. App needs to be updated or better communication should take place
