Court Street Patio

I went one time and really enjoyed it. The server never checked back to fill our drinks though. It's a little hard to find because it's in an old historic house. The hours are very limited. They are open Mon-Fri for lunch only, from 10 to 2. The second time I went, I wanted to take some out of town friends, but we got there right as they were closing. Serving sizes are good.

I had the spinach quiche with salad & fruit. It was delicious & filling, but I still had to try the dessert. It took a minute to get a tea refill & order dessert, but I would definitely eat here again.

Anyone who thinks Batesville doesn't have any great locally-owned & operated restaurants is definitely mistaken! We've eaten in this little gem for years (and have had lots catered from here, too) --- the food is always fabulous, the service is great, and the atmosphere is awesome! Most days of the week, there's a packed house for lunch, but dining is available outdoors, too. When the weather is good, the patio seating is wonderful, too ---- beautiful landscaping and lovely decor inside and out! 5 STAR!

I go here pretty often and love the food but the waitress was rude today. In addition to her attitude she never back to check on us for refills , to bring dessert that comes with the special, or for the check. I usually am understanding bc I used to be a waitress but they were not very busy and she checked on the tables around us just not ours. Don’t think I’ll be back for a while.

Love the atmosphere, and homemade food service is great! Clean bathroom and restaurant area. Love the doubter hospitality as well!
