Do not normally eat here often due to the excessive wait times but overall the food is alright. The atmosphere is preferably enjoyable and it’s quiet.
Takes 25 minutes to get a drink and mozzarella sticks. Half of the ordering machines are either about to fall apart or not even connected to the right screen when you’re ordering. Cats are all over the parking lot and the service is extremely slow.
Placed mobile order at 6:35pm for 3 route 44 drinks and 2 pretzels and 30 minutes later still nothing. It's not like they were busy. Had to call and ask for order just to have someone come ask what order and we checked in as soon as we got there, as a matter of fact placed order while in parking lot. They served people that came after we did. I recommend everyone to never, never go to Sonic in Abbeville unless you don't mind waiting.....Terrible Service......... The order was finally brought at 7:15pm and one of the drinks were wrong...... WHAT HAPPENED TO FAST FOOD....
Food was good & standard for Sonic. Parking lot was oddly arranged w/all non-handicapped parking spots on outside lanes. Looks as if almost all customers use the drive-thru due to parking constraints. Service was excellent.
It's better at night after 9:30 the guy who runs in night shift is amazing the food is always fresh and ready
