If your looking for a FABULOUS fish fry in tha' northwoods this is it!! The restuarant is always clean with ample seating & parking. Can we first talk about those cowboy bite appetizers? Holy swiss are they PHENOMENAL! The entree servings are generous, the fish is super fresh & perfectly cooked and the owners & staff are friendly as your meals are served with a smile (not to mention endearing conversations)!! Highly recommend you trying them out should you be up this way! Thank you!

Definitely a go to!!! It’s hard to say what I loved the most!! Service on a busy Friday night was amazing! The cocktails were amazing! But… the broasted chicken was absolutely outstanding!! Everyone else had the fish and absolutely loved it! To say that our whole group was happy is an understatement!! Also very affordable! I will be back every chance I can get!!

Had steak dinners here with shrimp, fries and soup/salad. Was cooked amazing served quickly and absolutely delicious! Great atmosphere and they offer bingo and other things on different nights. Will be returning even though it’s an hour drive for us!

Wow🤩what a classic Friday Fish Fry venue!! You always know when there is excellent food, when it's packed by 3 p.m. No surprise as it was excellent. Definitely recommend Somo Lake for delicious meals & exceptional service!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great place for supper. Had the prime rib dinner-was so tender it melted in your mouth. The dinner came with a side salad that was crisp and fresh, roll, huge baked potato and a a lot of mixed vegetables. Worth every penny. Clean and friendly atmosphere & service was outstanding, will be back soon! Vets supporting Vets!
