Sombrero's Mexican Restaurant

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. We’ve been looking for a great Mexican food spot in the south shore and the Braintree /weymouth/quincy area and I’m so happy we found this restaurant! It’s clean, has beautiful decor and great music, HAS A FULL BAR, the staff is friendly and the food comes out in a timely manner. But the best part is obviously the food. Everything was delicious, it’s so hard to find authentic Mexican restaurants. I will definitely be coming back to try more items in the menu. I had the mole enchiladas and they did not disappoint.

Great food and service. Went with my mother who has an affinity to judge food , she was happy with the food and the quality. We had asked our server any recommendations beyond what we had gotten and he gave us some options! Which I’m def gonna try when we go there next time. You def want to time when you go. We went around 3:30pm by then it was pretty slow as most people haven’t gotten out of work and it’s not exactly time for dinner. Parking is great it’s part of a small plaza of businesses.

We had such a great experience! We went for drinks and burritos, and everything was fantastic. Gisela is truly the BEST 🤍 so friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. When we got there, I immediately recognized the owner and Gisela from their old spot, Acapulcos in Quincy. I was so happy to see them again that I tried to order one of my favorite dishes from their old menu, and they made it happen! They really went above and beyond!

Service was friendly fast and attentive. Cocktails were delicious. They actually have frozen Pina Colada’s and their margaritas are fantastic! The food was delicious and portions were big.

Great spot! We’ve been coming here for years now. The food always comes out fast and is fresh and flavorful, and the service has always been consistently excellent. Would highly recommend!
