SOMBRERO'S MEXICAN GRILL（East Cypress）

Sooo good! Came with my family for the first time today. Pozole was 10/10, chico size was even a big portion for me. My nieces enjoyed their quesadillas and cheeseburger, with fruit plated nicely on it. Complimentary watermelon too! Staff were so friendly and the owner/chef (I’m guessing) came out to welcome us during our meal. Thank you for a great experience :)

This place was eh. The staff was friendly, but the lady that took our order wasn't super warm or bubbly. She actually ended up messing up our order, but I didn't wanna say anything at that point because our food was already made and in front of us. It is super small inside so be mindful if you go with big parties. The pozole was yummy, but the chilaquiles were too soggy for me. We ordered red sauce, but since she messed up the order we got green. It wasn't terrible, but I prefer mine crispy and the green sauce had a different taste. Now, the pricing is amazing and the portion sizes are great. I'd say give it a try and see if it's for you.

DONT MISS OUT, come enjoy delicious food with a caring staff in a great atmosphere. The staff never misses to make me and my family feel welcomed. They have more than enough items on the menu to try and are all super good. 5/5 Stars definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved this place!! the food was bomb and the owners very nice and kind always checked on our table and gave us complimentary sandiaa🍉 so yummy I had pozole soo yummy, my craving fulfilled. Oh and the drinksss omgg bomb horchata and the cups omg had me wanting to buy the cups off them 😅 overall Yummy mexican restaurant and amazing owners Go support them.

Everything we got was great not a big fan of the sugary horchata, but will definitely be coming back.
