Im on a road trip hiking Glacier National park and drove the entire going to the sun road and had to stop to rest in my pickup. I saw their sign on Hwy 2. They serve bowls. If you are used to eating healthy like I am you will really appreciate this place. Fresh ingredients and an amazing combination of flavors. Some of the best prepared beef and spinach/artichoke dip I've ever eaten. Quinoa is amazing and hard to find at any restaurant. Really fast and friendly service

We stopped in at the Whistle Stop Restaurant in East Glacier Park and were pleasantly surprised! It’s a cozy spot right off the main road, with a clean and updated interior and lots of indoor seating. There’s also a nice outdoor area if you want to enjoy the mountain air. The food was fresh and made to orderand we loved the build your own bowl option, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal. The service was friendly and welcoming. It did get a bit busy when we were there, especially in the line to order, but it moved at a steady pace. Parking can be a little tricky during peak times, so be prepared for that. Overall, a great stop for a delicious bite in East Glacier. Thanks for the great service!

Build your preferred combo from base of rice with various meats or vegetables plus salad and pita with a choice of dip. All excellent with local ingredients. Small family owned business. Can opt for vegetarian or vegan as well.

Build your own combo salad with mains, this Mediterranean/greek style salad place will surprise you. Their protein selection was surprisingly flavorful. We got wagyu beef meatballs and it’s very flavorful and tasty! I am not a salad person and I must say I really enjoyed their salad with toppings, spinach artichoke dip and we got quinoa. All are amazing! The only downside is the portion is pretty small.

Great little place in East Glacier. Convenient if you’re staying anywhere in town. Had the Spanish omelette and huckleberry French toast one morning, both so good! Went for lunch another day and we had the pulled pork sandwich with creamy bolognese soup. Both great. The chicken rice bowl was good too, it just comes with a LOT of slaw and heavy on the vinegar. Would come back again : )
