Sol Tacos & Tequila

Had a very enjoyable experience here as a solo diner. Sat down right away. Server was friendly and helpful. Food was a fest for the eyes and tasted great. I got a Passion Fruit Agua fresca that was not too sweet and refreshing. Price was very reasonable. I payed $26.91 for my meal. I only have one teenie tiny complaint. The salsas were not good at all. The table salsa tastes like a cocktail sauce with no bite. The green salsa was slimy and lacked flavor there were no bites of onion or cilantro in it nor even lime for that matter. The tolerable salsa was the chile de árbol salsa that somehow lacked heat. But at least it was flavorful. But all that aside if I come again I would just not get any salsas. So please Sol step your salsa game up! Other than that tacos were definitely the rightful

Arrived about an hour before closing. Greeted promptly and seated. Waitress, Betty just not Betty Crocker, was fun to have take care of me. Ordered 3 Birria tacos & 1 Smoked Pork Belly tacos without any sides. The Birria was not the typical dunked & grilled style. The flavor of the Birria was lacking a little as was the consommé. This was fixed with a bit of their made-in-house hot sauce. The pork belly was my favorite, it's smoked pork belly duh. The flavors were great on this and I didn't need to make any adjustments. This location will see me again when in the area.

The fajitas quasidilla and salsa was good. The service was on point and the atmosphere was great. I was traveling from out of town, and I will come back if I'm ever back here.

Stopped in for lunch at Sol Tacos & Tequila and glad we did. First impression: the place has a great vibe—colorful, warm, and inviting with a cool blend of modern and traditional décor. Chips and salsa came out quick and were fresh with just enough kick to get your attention. We ordered off the lunch menu and the portions were no joke—plenty of food. I highly recommend the grilled chicken chimichanga: crisp on the outside, packed with flavor inside, and came with a generous side of rice and beans that didn’t feel like filler. The fajita plate was solid too—chicken well-seasoned, veggies still had bite. Service was friendly and efficient, even during the busy rush. Prices were fair for the size and quality of the meal. If you’re in the area, this is worth a stop. Great for a casual bite

I love this place!! This is my 2nd visit in 3 weeks. I am from out of town but my first visit was so AWESOME that I had to come back. Sara was my server both times, providing friendly service with a smile. Mike is my guy. He was on point with the drinks. On my first visit, Mike took the time to come to the table & help me with a great flavor combination. Macy was very friendly as well on my first visit. GREAT FOOD, FRIENDLY STAFF & EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!
