I've been ordering meals and drinks from SolBean for a few years now since I work in the area, and there's so many things I love about it! #1 is their consistency - the food is delicious, healthy, and high quality every single time. They are always introducing seasonal specials, and make a strong effort to maintain a friendly and inviting atmosphere. The seating area is really fun and colorful, and there's often community art from nearby schools which is awesome. It's also a really great alternative to many of the lunches nearby, and a much better price in most cases! Do yourself a favor and order the Meg Melt and some of their chicken soup! The smoothies are solid too.

Sol Bean Juice Bar & Kitchen is my favorite spot in Middleton. great atmosphere & centered around healthy living. I frequently stop by because I need food on the go. Ordering online is a breeze, so i just pick up and go. If i dont even have time for that, they have a grab and Go case with cold-pressed juice or a homemade Protein Ball for a quick pick me up. I highly recommend looking into their menu, i love everything on it. The Grain Bowls are incredibly flavorful and satisfying. For a treat, their Smoothies taste so good and are packed with nutrients. Sol Bean really is the best healthy spot in town.

Sol Bean is awesome! The food is fresh, flavorful, and always hits the spot. The staff is super friendly, the vibes are cozy, and everything comes out fast. I’ve tried a bunch of their bowls and smoothies and haven’t had a single miss. Definitely one of my favorite local spots—highly recommend!

Sol Bean food is always fresh and delicious. I have used them to make some wraps for a party I was hosting. The woman I spoke to when placing the order was very knowledgeable and sweet. Everybody raved about them. I've also enjoyed their smoothies with my daughter. They're full of real, nutritious ingredients, and not just ice cream!
