The broth for the veggie Phő has a depth of flavor that is amazing and consistent with Phő Hūng which is a staple for epic and consistent Vietnamese food in Portland. The lemon grass chicken and fried roll in the Bun Bowl is amazing and worth two meals. Large portions so the price is worth it. The Vietnamese coffee is delicious with the small ice that makes it better. Amazing service and the food cart pod is great. Lots of seating inside and out.
Food was so fresh, dont sleep on the appetizers. Broth is so fragrant and fresh. The aroma fills up the indoors as soon as you walk in. Found my new favorite spot for pho on 82nd. Staff is also the nicest people around! What a gem!
Great concept and in the perfect location. Atmosphere and service is A++ and we all enjoyed the food a lot. It still has the nostalgic Pho Hung Powell taste but with a new vibe.
Eventhough I didn't come here and try out the food yet, but I know the food here is bomb! Because I saw an ig review about this place and the food looks amazing, I know it's a new restaurant at pdxcore, and I wanted to support these businesses.
