My experience with this company on the two occasions that I have reached out to them has been amazing. They helped me save a lot of money on identifying parts I needed to fix our milkshake machine on two separate occasions. Mind you that these instances were two years a part from each other, but my experience from both instances have been amazing. I'm not trusting of too many people, but I trust doing business with this company. Keep up the great honest work!

Just recently joined the ice cream business. Several times while I have been working on my personal machines I have called to ask for advice or buy parts. The employees have all been very knowledgeable and super helpful. Tonight I was elbows deep diagnosing a problem with one of my old machines. I called in to ask for advice and maybe what parts I would need to fix it. I didn't realize it was after hours for them as I am in CST. The owner answered the phone, had a great conversation with me, and helped me troubleshoot my issue. I have had great luck with this company and recommend them to the local shops if they ever need anything.

ONLY shop here!!! I mistakenly made two orders so I could get one part quicker. One of the orders was missing a part but they sent it out so fast without question!!!!!!!!! Fantastic service!!!! Great quality parts, great shipping options and great service!! Don't shop anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dennis has been amazing. We bought a used Taylor machine at a good good price. And a couple little glitch, things happened. He overnighted us.The parts for no charge and stood behind and coached us through his product.

Wow! Such great service from this company! I placed an order, requested a shipping change and they called me right away to replace the order. The service could not have been better! Not everything stays in Vegas! Thank you Soft Serve Parts!
