This wonderful Vietnamese cafe is basically set up as a takeaway with some tables and chairs to dine inside. The employees are very polite and nice! We had the carmelized eggplant Banh Mi and chicken pho 🍜! The sand wick was delicious and very filling! The pho was the best I have ever had! Wonderful on a freezing day! The Vietnamese coffee is the best coffee on the North Shore! Not cheap but everything was made fresh and with love! A real hidden gem! Will go back often!
A cozy Vietnamese restaurant in Beverly! It was busy on a Saturday night so we had to wait for a while. It’s definitely worth the wait! Everything we got was delicious (pho, rice bowl, vermicelli noodle bowl) and we highly recommend the sweet potato and shrimp fritters. They also have meat (beef, pork, chicken, shrimp, salmon) and tofu options that you can pick to customize your dish. They staffs are so helpful and friendly!
Ordered a beef bahn mi and a bbq chicken/pork vermicelli bowl. The sandwich tasted good and the bread had nice texture, but it was sparse with ingredients. The vermicelli in the bowl was thick like spaghetti and very disappointing; the chicken was delicious, but the pork was hard and rubbery. If I had to eat here again I would get a chicken or beef rice bowl and skip the noodle and sandwich.
I've had their vermicelli, pho, tofu puffs, and bao. The food is tasty and fresh. I like how I can both see and taste each ingredient. I never feel sluggish or bloated after eating here either. My biggest turnoff was the price but the quality is there. The portions are modest; not enough to stuff you but enough to leave you satisfied. The pho was really enjoyable and you get a big container of noodles to add, this way they don't get soggy in the soup. The bao is soft and tender, not stuffed where it's falling apart either. The tofu puffs were very light and fluffy, the sauce was spicy and sweet as expected. I'm confident that anything I order here is going to be well made and delicious.
Ordered the spicy noodles they came out quick which was nice. The noodles were basically spaghetti noodles not actual pho rice noodles, broth was okay and the spring roll was also okay the peanut sauce was not good at all tasted store bought also the noodles were spaghetti noodles instead of traditional rice pho noodles in the spring roll. The waitress attending me was very polite and kind though. Overall this place seems to be more of a modern outlook on Vietnamese cuisine and not traditional.
