Snowy Bingsu & Boba

Tried the mango strawberry bingsu here and I’d rate it around 3–4 stars. It was decent, but I wouldn’t say it tasted especially fresh or exceptional. The flavors were okay, but it definitely could’ve been a lot better. Considering the price, the quality didn’t quite match up. Not bad, but a bit pricey for what you get.

This bingsu dessert place is such a cozy and fun spot to hang out. The bingsu itself is delicious—finely shaved ice topped with fresh fruit and just the right amount of sweetness, making it super refreshing and not too heavy. I love the relaxed café vibe, with board games like UNO available, which makes it perfect for spending time with friends. They also have a self-serve ramen station, which is a cool bonus if you’re craving something savory along with dessert. Overall, it’s a great place to chill, play games, and enjoy tasty bingsu.

The bowls are delicious and fun, but beware the portion sizes. Unless you're like me and tend to pack away several servings at once, order the bowls to share. There's also not much space inside for large parties, but it is delightfully cozy for a couple or a small group.

Cute cafe! Great vibes! Perfect for date night or family dessert stop. The staff are very friendly and inviting. The Bingsu/Korean shaved ice not only looks amazing but tastes so yummy & refreshing! 🍧😋 So glad we found this place. My family really enjoyed it. We’ll definitely be back.

Amazing K-dessert spot! Everything from the spicy Tteokbokki and chewy ramen to the crispy Bungeoppang (Taiyaki) was perfect. The Bingsu is incredibly soft and refreshing. This is hands down the most unique and fun dessert spot in Flower Mound! We tried the 'Flip & Break' Bingsu where you actually get to crack the waffle bowl—it was so satisfying and delicious. Also, being able to enjoy authentic Hangang-style ramen here in Texas is a total game changer. The vibes are immaculate and the interior is stunning. It's the perfect place to hang out with friends or family. Don't forget to grab a Boba tea on your way out! A must-visit! Highly recommend 5/5 stars.
