Snowflake Donuts

I love their breakfast burritos - just the right size, I don't like a lot of food on my stomach in the mornings. The kolaches are great, too. Can't comment on the donuts as I rarely eat them. The staff are always nice and prompt, checkout is quick.

Went this morning got a ham, egg cheese, croissant, and a sausage, egg and cheese burrito and a white milk. I didn’t realize till I took a few sips but the white milk expired on August 18th today is August 19. The ham was extremely hard on the edges like it was microwave too hard or sat out too long. The burrito was all right definitely the disappointment for the morning routine

I hate posting bad reviews but this place has me absolutely sick of their crap. They are so bad about just being nice in general. I'm so tired of being greeted by a mean grumpy woman that doesn't want to deal with me. As for that they're always trying to not put my full order in the bag. Every time I go there they tried to keep a donut or a kolache out. I have to check my order every time. Today not only did she try to keep a donut out but she charged me for large kolaches and gave me small kolaches. 17.00 for four donuts and four kolaches that ended up being the wrong size. Not only has their price gone up but when I pull the donuts out of the bags for my kids they were tiny! i’ve gave the chocolate glazed donuts so many chances and every single time it literally tastes like chemicals. biting into the donut is like biting into a nail salon like straight acetone. the lady who answers the window always has an attitude and it’s too early for that.

I drove across town, passing two other donut shops to come to this establishment for glazed donuts. After getting up to the drive thru, I was told that they were out of them. I decided to get 2 cinnamon twists. When the cashier told me my total, I told the her that this couldn’t be right because the sign had another price posted. She said, “We changed the price!” I told her to give me 1 cinnamon twist instead of 2. Her facial expression and voice changed. Once I gave her the money, she slammed the window so fast and hard while I was still trying to talk to her. Very rude and unprofessional.
