Went right before close after 9. The girl working last night was so sweet to my son and I and her customer service was on point, even being so close to her being done for the day. #1 spot for summer cool down in the valley! Great work Fairview team!

My family and I have been coming to this snow cone shack for over 14years.. I don’t know if the Winters family sold this shack to a new owner but we have had THE WORST SERVICE and quality snow cones ever. There was No napkins, hardly any syrup in the snow cone, VERY poor Verbal responses with the girls that work there… When we had to ask for napkins after purchasing five snow cones we were given THREE tiny napkins… seriously…. We are so let down every time we go.. we tried to push through and give them the benefit of the doubt… We do not recommend this place anymore…

Love shaved ice. The prices are good and the serving size is huge. Service was also very good. We'll be back again. I just wish this place was open the whole year.
