Snappers Fish & Chicken Mcnabb

The food was great but honestly the place wasn't clean which didn't make me excited to eat. Hope they can be more ontop of how the place looks.

Hot, fresh, tasty and flavorful! That's how I can describe my platters every time I get them. I can now say I have to go spot on Friday night when I crave catfish or snappers. Yes after ordering it takes time, but that less than 5 mins waits is worth it. The lemon pepper powder they put on the fries, fish, and wings give it a good kicked! it's to the point that I barely uses the packets sauce that they added to the bag. It recently opened the service is great.

I went through the drive-through and ordered a #22 (chicken wings, shrimp, and fries) because I do not eat fish. I paid at the window and waited for my food, but when I drove off, I realized I had been given grouper and shrimp instead. I called immediately before even turning around and the same young lady who took my order answered. She falsely claimed that she confirmed my order with me (which never happened) and said she “thought” I ordered a #20. I clearly said #22. What makes this worse is that I was told there was nothing they could do about it. That’s unacceptable. I come here often and even work in the same plaza, but after this, I’m done. The lack of accountability and poor customer service speak volumes. It’s no surprise the place is always slow. I only went because it was closer

First time at this location and I read the 2-star review, saying there was no line & no one in sight, and almost just walked in. I’m glad I followed my gut and called in my order. The drive thru had a line and there were people inside. My food was ready when I arrived and tasted as expected. I normally just get plain lemon pepper but I tried the hot honey wings and they were soooo good! It’s obvious that Miss whoever review must work for Hooks smh. There’s no need to bash another restaurant in order to market another. There’s enough hungry ppl in North Lauderdale to have options

Worst snappers I’ve ever ordered from my food was over cooked and burnt it’s so crazy never again. Fried shrimp and oysters 🙄
