This place is so surprising. I thought it was going to be a hole in the wall shop and I was very wrong. It's so unassuming from outside. The place is very large inside, plenty of seating, very clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, and I can't believe it's been here a year without me knowing it. They could easily have events here. Healthy food that tastes great! It was a little overpriced for me, but I'm sure you are paying for the quality over quantity. For the same price you can get carb and cholesterol loaded a few doors down. My daughter loved the Empanada here. I don't like fruit smoothies, but I finished my kids, the Strawberry Classic was so smooth and flavorful, I was very impressed. From the moment I walked in, they were kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful — the kind of people who make a place feel welcoming without trying too hard. You can tell they care, and that energy matters. The smoothies actually taste fresh, not artificial or watered down like so many places. And the Harvest Bowl with the noodle bowl base & spicy cilantro garlic sauce??? That alone keeps me coming back again and again. So good. And the SMOOTHIES TASTE FRESH!!! If you are looking for a healthy, fresh, and fast meal, this is definitely the place to go! Located right here in the heart of Davie, Florida, it truly feels like a hidden gem that more people need to know about. The food was incredibly tasty—you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. Beyond the menu, the service was absolutely phenomenal. We really enjoyed Paola; she was so welcoming and attentive, and the entire staff provided a level of service that is hard to find these days. It’s the perfect spot for a quick nutritious boost without sacrificing flavor. We had such a great experience that we will definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommended.

Service was great very friendly staff and I met the owner who is an amazing person. Food is made in house no artificial sweetners etc in smoothies. This place is amazing! So many great options to choose from. I had the Mango Protein Smoothie and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. I also got the turkey omelet—no idea what they put in it, but it was delicious and the portion was huge. The service, the food, the décor… literally everything was perfect. My friend ordered the salmon bowl and a beet smoothie (she loved it so much she ordered a second one to go). We also met the manager and had a great conversation with her. We will definitely be back! ❤️
