Normally I have great experiences with this smoothie king. However, the store was closed when they were supposed to be open and I had placed an online order. That’s perfectly okay, I understand things happen. But I came back during lunch to ask about my order and the young man talked to me as if I was stupid for asking a question. I didn’t receive any notification or confirmation that I’d be receiving a refund, he just expected me to take his word for it and had a bad attitude. Normally I’m very understanding, but it was a very bad experience when I didn’t get my order and then was treated poorly after.
