Smokey Trail Bbq

This barbeque is legendary, a status I have never given before. They have brisket, ribs, burnt ends, pulled pork, chicken, sausage, beans and it's amazing. I savor this more than the other barbeque places. They give BBQ sauce, which you don't even need because of the seasoning they use. The meat is also so tender and juicy and smoked to perfection. I always buy so much because the family love this place. Get it when you get a chance, because they aren't open everyday and sell out quick. You'll find them in Parker at the farmers market, or Elizabeth at the Elizabeth Tech Center. They are so welcoming and the service is amazing.

We stumbled upon Smokey trails in downtown Elizabeth today and felt like we struck gold! We love bbq but have yet to find somewhere that stands out. We absolutely loved everything we tried today! The burnt ends, pulled pork, and pulled chicken were so tender and moist. The jalapeño cheddar sausage was juicy and had the perfect amount of heat. The prices were also great. Which is important to us when feeding our family. We look forward to eating here again and can confidently say this is the best bbq we have found in CO in the 6 years I’ve been here.

Great BBQ! The brisket is well-spiced, fall-apart tender and just melts in your mouth. The Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages are big, flavorful and loaded with chilis and cheese. Definitely worth stopping-for.

Not sure on all these 5 star reviews… brisket is flavorful but definitely on the dry side. I’ve had a lottttt of bbq in my day in CO and living in Austin. This was … just ok.

So glad I stopped here yesterday. I was going to a food chain and saw this trailer and decided I would much rather go here. I am sure glad I did. the wife and I both ordered the brisket sandwich and it was delicious. I scarfed mine down so fast. It was so juicy and tender. I would highly recommend stopping here and grabbing a bite to eat. They also offer Pulled pork and chicken. Next time I will try a different meat. Not to mention the couple running this are very nice and pleasant to speak with. If you are by the store swing in here and grab some meat to go. You wont be disappointed. the BBQ sauce for the sandwich is served on the side which I personally like so i can add the right amount.
