There's an art to making Mac& Cheese. Best Ive had in a long time. Pulled pork sandwich was excellent.

Honestly the star of the show is the Chicken Salad Sandwich, it’s a GAME CHANGER. Smoky, sweet, and savory, it’s the perfect blend of flavors. Their hash is also top notch, some of the best in the area. I’d recommend them on those 2 things alone but the chopped pork and brisket is pretty good too! But honestly, I’d come back every day for that chicken salad sandwich alone. Always great and speedy service as well. Looking forward to a sit down restaurant.

I've seen this truck all about the csra & finally decided to give it a try. I went on 3/20/25 for myself & my coworkers. Service was quick. The guy working the truck has great customer service. I wasn't a fan of how each item is priced completely separate, no plates or dinners. Very small portions for the prices. I order (1) chicken sandwich, (1) macaroni, (1) hash, (1) potato salad. The food overall was 5/10. The sides had ABSOLUTELY no flavor. I tried it & it's a no for me but maybe right for you. Overall I rate this business 6/10

Great BBQ Joint! Stopped by to pick up some BBQ from a Food Truck we seen at Pollard’s Corner in Appling, GA. Spent just over $50 for a lot of good stuff for 3 people. This location does not offer military discount. ——————————————————————— Now for the BBQ Main Event (Pictures added to post): Main Entrees: Half Rack Smoked Ribs - the ribs were cooked well, great smoke flavor, and fall of the bone bite. Definitely a great meal option! A full rack will run $32, but if you want good ribs; the price is fair! 1lb Pulled Pork - the pulled pork was spot on. Great smoke flavor, perfect ratio of meat and fat, great color! This entree has the perfect natural oil moisture that makes it an easy bite to get down with little to no effort! Highly recommend this item for any guest. Sides: 1 Pint of

We had their food at the grovetown Christmas festival and the ribs and Mac n cheese were delicious! We didn’t try it until we got home and regretted not getting more.
