Amazing staff! Very friendly and makes you feel like you’re one of the family. The food was beyond amazing! I haven’t found country fried chicken and gravy like that in YEARS! Will be making the trip from Grovetown often now for more!

Don't walk, RUN to this place! Awesome experience! We were warmly greeted upon arrival, despite us being a larger group. The server was patient explaining the items that had not already been sold out. This restaurant opened last August. It's certainly a hit and a "must" if you are in this area. All the food, was a hit especially the desserts. Melissa, an employee was extremely professional and hospitable and was aware of all items that were on the menu. The restaurant is small and quaint and very clean. The food is served in plastic ware. The cake was served on a real melamine plate, which was a nice touch. We have been wanting to visit Granddaddy’s ever since we watched a video on social media where people were ranting about how great the food was. Tonight we had our supper there and can now understand why people boast about the food, it was awesome! I had the garlic shrimp and can say that is the tastiest I have ever eaten. Two of the ladies with me had the squash casserole and were quite impressed with the taste. Overall the service was great, atmosphere was very homey. We look forward to our next visit, just deciding from the many selections on the menu will be our biggest challenge!

Definitely coming back! The cashier was very friendly from the moment we walked in. I ordered the fried catfish with potato salad, collard greens, and cornbread. My boyfriend ordered fried chicken wings with coleslaw, onion rings, and cornbread. Everything was good! You can tell the food was freshly made. The fish just melts in your mouth. The fried chicken was crispy and juicy! I love that the food selection was simple butu everything had flavor and it wasn’t bland. The price is VERY reasonable. We paid $34 and that also included 2 drinks and a dessert. My boyfriend also had the peach cobbler and he loved it. Very nice restaurant!
