A literal "hidden" gem, this tiny walk-up is dishing out some delicious BBQ from their tiny kitchen and mobile pit near a nightclub. We tried a couple of their sandwiches, the pulled-pork "Hogwich" and the Smoked Brisket Stack. They're available with either sweet or habanero-gold sauce, both were excellent! We also got sides of mac-n-cheese and fries to share, the fries were amazing. Except for the buns, which come from a local bakery, they make everything on-site including the pickles and ranch sauce. (The pickles go great with the brisket by the way!) Cash, cards and electronic payments are accepted.
We had Most of the Menu and it was all fantastic. Smokey, Juicy, Delicious. The brisket is just how I like it nice and tender and that spicy BBQ sauce is perfect on the sandwich. We also enjoyed the option to have your sandwich put on fries which is a nice treat. I would give 10 stars if I could and will be back often.
New favorite BBQ place in Vegas. Excellent quality on the meats, Mac and cheese, and pulled pork. Literally one of the best spots. 10/10 no notes honestly. Friendly owners who explained the menu and took time with us. Will 100% be back.
This place has been opened two months and it deserves ALL THE STARS!!! We ordered most of the menu and it was ALL FLAVORFUL AND JUICY!! My favorite item was the cubano sandwich with their skinny fries! Smoked mac was cheesy… cole slaw was just the right amount of COLD when i was eating the habanero wings! Smoked wings were juicy yet still slightly crisp edges. WILL GO BACK!
Don’t let the location deter you—this new BBQ spot is a hidden gem. Tucked away behind Scores strip club, it’s truly a hole-in-the-wall that delivers big on flavor. The smoked brisket stack is a must-try: tender and packed with flavor, especially when paired with their delicious spicy sauce. The bun is fresh, soft, and buttery, which ties everything together perfectly. Make sure to try the loaded mashed potatoes and the fresh-cut French fries—both are standouts and easily hold their own next to the brisket. They’re open for lunch and offer patio-only seating, which is perfect for a January afternoon in Las Vegas. I brought several coworkers with me, and everyone loved everything we tried. Definitely a must-try BBQ spot. 🔥🥩
