Smoke Shack BBQ

One of our absolute favorites! The smoked chicken halves are wonderful. Definitely get the sauce on the side for a little extra kick. We always end up getting extra pints of slaw and potato salad to take home because they are both SO good! We visit as often as we can and enjoy the picnic.

I got two shoulder plates and a pulled pork plate didn’t even get the pulled pork plate got a pork sandwich ask for two sweet sauces and one vinaigrette sauce it was old something I don’t know if they was closing and tried to make a quick sauce but it made my lip swell up it was so hot I eat jalapeños on the daily I’ve ate a Cajun food plenty of it and never have I ever not been able to eat my food becuase the sauce ruined the whole plate

Usually get bbq in Gallatin but decided to try smoke shack. Very disappointed. Food is overpriced and they just hacked the ribs up and throw in a container. Last time for me
