Smoke and Dagger BBQ

Please dont let the photo fool you. I was so impressed after eating most of it... that is the photo you see. We enjoyed the Brisket and Pulled pork with the following sides for the 2 of us... Mac N cheese, fried pickles onion rings and mozzarella sticks. Meat was juicy and well flavored. We sampled all the sauces. Worth getting. And the staff was warm and welcoming. When we come back to the area we will definitely stop back. 😀

Was in the area because my wife's job, and was in the mood for some good bbq for about a month now. finally found this little gem of a restaurant. This restaurant definitely scratch the itch for some great quality bbq! Everything was fantastic for the most part with only 1 critique for me. The ribs I got were slightly dry, just slightly . The sauce made up for though which was quite delicious as with the rest of the food. Especially the brisket! Great service, lots of seating, very clean place, and quick hot and fresh food! Doesn't really get any better!

Okay. So they know how to do really good BBQ. The staff has always been welcoming at either of their establishments. Are some people not happy? If you know REAL BBQ, this is legit. Forget what you know. There was just one issue. They were in a soft opening, and the potato salad was, um, not right, I guess. But the Mac and cheese is good. I prefer more mayo than vinegar in my slaw, but I have tried both.. I actually prefer their red slaw! Note..sometimes you will get those crispy pieces of brisket and ooh man. Yum. The sauces are good, but I wish they gave you more than a little cup. The bathrooms have been clean each time we go. The music is particular and modern enough to where it should appeal to most. I hope they maintain this effort at both their restaurants!

I don't know what y'all are all butthurt about, this place is amazing. The counter staff and owner were very engaged and supportive when discussing food allergies. They made a communication error during preparation and corrected it immediately. The brisket and pork were top shelf. The side options are plentiful and delicious. Come give this place a try, and keep giving them your business! I would if I were local, for certain!

If you're going to call yourself a barbecue place you have to have real coleslaw and real beans . Not mushy Gerber cheap crap. And real beans. Beans were just cheap ,tasteless , fresh out the can and nuked . You gotta get real if you claim to be a BBQ joint . It was awful .
