Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q

Went to Smithfield’s chicken and bbq because I wanted a plate of shrimp and this is what I get little crumbs barley any whole shrimp in the plate I will not be back $27 for food when you barley get anything is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! I have always loved this place but not now!

Stopped in to get a hotdog with onions (inside to go order). The cashier proceeds to advise me that my breath is going to smell bad after just eating onions on it. That’s really rude to say to a customer who is buying your product. Why does she care? Looks like better customer service is needed. Be better!

I have never had any complaints about Smithfield’s, especially this particular location. Well tonight is the night that all changed. The drive thru was hardly moving at all. It took 30 minutes to get to the speaker and order 4 pints of Brunswick stew and a chicken leg kids meal. We get to the window to be told they are out of legs. We replaced it with a hot dog kids meal. 10 minutes later we get our food and luckily we check it. There are only 2 pints of stew and a hotdog, no fries. We go run in to grab the other two pints of stew and fries. When we return to the vehicle our daughter shows us a hotdog without a bun. So we had to make another trip inside. I can understand a mishap every now and then but to have so many in one trip is just absurd. I’ve noticed a downhill trend in this place

Coming from my office in raleigh to a job in Clinton NC. Stopped off at this place before my meeting. Glad to see it open at 10am since I wasn’t in the mood for breakfast items. Mrs. Blue greeted us and was so pleasant. She is amazing and glad we got the pleasure of meeting her and enjoying a great meal which was very affordable. The chicken and BBQ plate came with 3 sides for under $15. So much food. The drink is almost $3 so I would avoid getting a drink if you can

Wonderful stop right off I 40. A must go to spot for jumbo perfectly fried chicken tenders, friendly staff, and clean dining/restrooms. Always welcoming and food is great!
