Smashed Wagyu Pasta

This is the exception to the other Japanese/Italian pasta places serving "fusion" dishes that underwhelm and are not distinctive. I'm so happy I didn't give up or I would never have found this place and I have the other Yelp reviewers to thank. I wish I had taken photos but I literally could not come up for air as my mouth refused to let me stop eating the Michelin worthy bolognese ramen-like pasta with tender gourmet wagyu meatballs. We also got the chicken katsu appetizer based on the reviews and so glad we did. I'm not a chicken fan but I could eat this all day long. I'll have to try the chicken or wagyu katsu curry or the alfredo pasta next time! I don't know how else to describe it other than the umami-rich dishes effortlessly delight my tastebuds and I appreciate the obvious care

Cool place. It’s not a new genre of Italian Japanese food but hard to find. It’s a nice experience if you don’t like to interact too much with anyone and have a reasonably priced meal.

The rich brown sauce with wagyu meatballs is perfect! I'm so happy this little gem is on my way home from work. I will definitely be coming back for delicious take-out and support this new small business. Sarah is a sweetheart and welcomed me in right away 💕

Really cute new hole in the wall place in Porto! The owners were super sweet and attentive. I got the brown wagyu penne and it was such a unique flavor! Super tasty, meat was very high quality. Will definitely be back to try some of the new flavors.

This was my favorite meal of my trip, maybe my favorite this whole year. I wasn't sure about the Italian and Japanese fusion idea, but the meatballs, sauce/soup, and noodles were all tasty. Super glad I decided to stop in.
